Four times the speed of sound

We have a brand new picture gallery of the Kawasaki Mach IV up in the museum section, click here to go directly to the gallery. The old pictures didn’t quite do the bike justice and I had managed to lose the overview pictures somewhere in my image archive…

The old gallery is still available here from our flickr page.

Hesketh

Good news today: we have two brand new galleries up on the site at the museum page. A while back we had some pictures of our Hesketh, now the full gallery is up! It is one of our most rare, if not the most rare, motorcycles. Less than 200 of the V1000 were created in the early 80’s, this is the only one that made its way to Sweden. Here it sat unsold for years before ending up in the hands of collectors. Because of this it only has 179 miles on the meter and is completely original from the factory.

Titan Guestbook

Just as promised we’ve been adding more features to the site. The newest of which is the guestbook. The new one contains all the old posts that have been made on the old site. The new one even has a captcha (that squiggly text near the bottom) to make sure that no spambots get through. The whole process is automated. Worth mentioning is that the guestbook isn’t the best way to get a hold of us. If you have questions, use the contact page!

Organised with extra British

Hello everyone,

We’ve been working on getting all of our bikes out to the museum, we have over 30 of them out there now! This also means that we’ve freed up a lot of extra space for parts and our work area so we’re in the middle of reorganizing everything.

Now, we received a special bike a while back, over a year ago, as it was then we didn’t have a good space to put it and had it delivered directly to storage. This mean we never had a good chance to take pictures of it and therefore never announced it here. It”s time to change all that now! Check out our Hesketh V1000, probably our rarest bike together with the Kawasaki Mach III (there were a lot of Mach III made but only few are still in good condition while most V1000 are well preserved). Only 149 were made in the original production run, this is one of the few that made it out of Britain. It only has 175 miles on the meter and hasn’t been tinkered with from the factory, even have the original manual and key tag.

We’ll have more pictures as soon as time allows, until then have a good time and stay sunny in the autumn drizzle!

The end of a long journey

Hi,

We started working with the idea of building a museum to gather all of the motorcycles almost three years ago. Since then we’ve gone through a lot of different ideas of how it should look, where it should be and how it should be operated. Now at last we get to reap  the fruits of the labour: the museum (at least the location) is completed! So far we have a bit over 20 motorcycles there with more on the way. This means that we have space to get working again: we can finally snap the pictures of the bikes we’ve restored and we can start up new projects.

To kick it all of we’ve got a gallery of one of the latest new entries to the collection: our Suzuki GT250. It has about 1200 Km on the meter and has never been tinkered with, it has only rolled on the swedish roads when the weather has been dry with sunshine. Check it out in the gallery section or on flickr!

We’ve also finished the AS3 ”Titan” bike, we got the last piece of the puzzle: the fuel tank, last week. I have to say that the overall look of the bike works, check it out.
