CB750

Hi everyone!

Today we have big news, not only have we started a brand new restoration project we have our Honda CB750 up and running!

The Honda arrived almost a year ago however we haven’t had it started until now! As the key turned in the ignition the bike started right away. It runs beautifully and looks stunning. It’s restored by our friends over at Beezeees to better than original condition. The model is a K2 from 1974. We’ll have a brand new gallery of it before too long, Until then we have a video of it up and running over at Yamaha Center.

The project is an AS2J, as of yet we haven”t decided how we want it so for now it”ll be known simply as ”6”. You can see the latest update here.

Below are one picture from when we had the bike up and running yesterday and from last year when it arrived.

New arrivals

Hello everyone!

We’ve had some new arrivals from England, the Honda CB750 and another AS1. The CB750 has been fully restored by beezeees from the ground up. The AS1 was restored by Graham Head for a friend of his a few years ago and is in excellent running condition. The pictures are of the unboxing at Yamaha Center when they arrived.

Unfortunately we’ve run into a bit of problems with the yellow AS3 frame and its stand so it’s back at Yamaha Center to get fixed.

A quick one

Hello everyone!

Tonight is mostly a quick update, we’ve got a new project update for the yellow AS3 where you can see how to remove the carburettors and pistons.

And some exciting news: a new bike will be joining the collection soon, Beezeees are almost done restoring a Honda 750 for us and have sent us some pictures of the bike as it’s being restored. We also got another email from our friend Martin in Germany with more of his restorations! You can see the pictures of the Honda 750 and Martins bikes in the news gallery below.

Until next time!

A lot

Hello,

We’ve got a lot of different news today, first there’s a new build update for the red AS2C. Because all the parts are ready and waiting progress is quick. On top of that all parts for the next two projects are done too! Bassel has truly made an excellent job with the paint on these coming bikes. Next up for the bench is the blue AS3. You can see the engine blocks for the AS2C and AS3 in the pictures.

We got another letter from Mikael filled with pictures of him and his friends with their AS2Js. As some of you who’ve read the guestbook may already have figured out, we’ve got a new bike coming to the collection, a Honda CB750. It’s currently at Beezeees getting restored and they’ve sent some pictures of the progress.

We hope you’ve enjoyed the year with Yamaparts, the site has grown considerably since we launched it in march and the response has been great.

Happy New Year to all of you!

/Joacim and Ole

Bikechange

That’s right, bikechange, at the moment storage space is limited so all motorcycles can’t be kept here. Therefore the Honda CB900F has been sent off to Yamaha Center for storage and two new bikes brought here! A Kawasaki Mach III 500 and a Kawasaki Mach IV 750. The Mach III was restored by Beezeees so a big thanks to Berne and everyone there!  The Mach IV was restored by Per, another fellow bike enthusiast.

Check out the pictures of the Mach III, it”s a truly remarkable bike. The pictures of the Mach IV will be done in the next few days so keep and eye out for them :)

There are also new build updates for the Red AS1 and the Blue AS2J.

Here are the pictures of the two Kawasakis arriving and the Honda being taken to Yamaha Center:
